Participation Terms
These terms apply to anyone who joins or participates in a Run With Will segment during Goodwin Generated Mission America.
Voluntary Participation
Participation in any Run With Will segment or related event activity is voluntary.
Nature of the Activity
Participants may join Will for part of a marathon or run, including the first 5K where offered. Participation availability may vary by location and operational needs.
Inherent Risks
Running and participating around public roads, weather, crowds, transportation, and event activity involve inherent risks, including injury, illness, traffic exposure, uneven surfaces, dehydration, and changing conditions.
Health and Fitness Responsibility
Participants are responsible for determining whether they are physically able to participate safely and should seek appropriate medical advice where needed.
Roads / Weather / Environment
Conditions may include road conditions, traffic, heat, cold, rain, uneven surfaces, crowds, and changing environmental conditions.
Event Instructions
Participants must follow reasonable organizer, event, venue, safety, and local-authority instructions.
Route / Schedule Changes
Timing, location, route, and participation availability may change or be canceled due to safety, weather, logistics, travel, or operational considerations.
Emergency Situations
Participants should follow directions from organizers and local authorities during emergency situations and contact emergency services when urgent help is needed.
Participant Conduct
Participants must behave respectfully, lawfully, and safely, and must not interfere with event operations, other participants, or the public.
Minors
